"How to get out of a chair"

The photos below illustrate the forward lean necessary to get your weight from your seat to your feet so you can get out of a chair. People who have trouble getting out of chairs have nearly always forgotten to lean forward.

I walk to and from my class, approximately two miles each way, every week. With the help that I have received from my two sessions a week with Jae, the walk has become much easier and now I can keep a brisk pace.
